Our machines can be operated by a single machine operator. When coupled with our packaging system, the same operator can inspect the product, package and place finished pouches in shipping cases.

Different sizes of electrodes can be produced on a single machine. Our standard machine runs a foam and cloth width of 4.46875 inches which allows for a maximum width electrode of 2 inches. If you need a larger size, we can design a machine to fit your needs.
